Welcome to my A Level Media Blog (Year 12). This is where you will find all the things you need to be successful on my side of the course. Mr Allsopp will run a blog for his side of the course too. Why blog my lessons? How will it help you? Well, I usually post an outline of the lesson a few days before so that you can prepare (examine resources, top up knowledge, gather equipment, etc). You will also find details of all the homework set (so you have no excuse for not doing it). All the necessary documents, film clips and screen cast tutorials will also be posted on the appropriate pages (see the sidebar to the right).
Each lesson I will choose a 'Director of the Week' (don't pretend you don't care!) and identify students who fail to complete homework!
Your parents or guardians will be invited to follow this blog so that they can monitor your progress and offer you support.
